TCF Bank - Chicago Public Schools Financial Literacy Program
The TCF Bank - Chicago Public Schools Financial Literacy Program will partner students from five CPS Finance Academies with TCF staff to conduct financial education sessions in elementary schools. In preparation for their role in the classroom, students will enroll in two, 1-credit hour courses at UIC through the UIC Center for Economic Education. Students will attend at least 30 hours of classes total, do assigned readings and written assignments, complete an educational unit, and practice teaching consumer economics.
