Credit course option for National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Summer Institute

Participants in the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) program who wish to obtain graduate credit have the option of enrolling in ECON 442F - Topics in Economic Education: Advanced Teacher Training in Entrepreneurship for 1 graduate credit hour.  The NFTE program provides educators with the essential tools to teach young people the principles of entrepreneurship through in-school or after-school programs.  Teachers leave with additional classroom tools, a stronger knowledge base, and a renewed passion for teaching entrepreneurship.

For information about the NFTE program, contact Jennifer Nero at jnero1@uic.edu or call the UIC Center for Economic Education at (312) 413-3599.
